HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Our first line of timepieces is officially available in our online store! To show our appreciation to our early fans, all orders will ship with a FREE Atlas signature bracelet!
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship our products worldwide! We offer free shipping within the US and discounted delivery rates for all other countries. International orders will be responsible for import/customs charges if applicable.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We estimate to ship all packages within 3-5 business days of original purchase. We will notify you immediately if anything changes in that timeframe.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
Prior to your product shipping, we will send out an email with a unique tracking number for your order. We will ship all orders via USPS; please allow 1 week for US deliveries, and 2-3 weeks worldwide.
WHAT DOES YOUR WARRANTY COVER?
We offer a one year limited warranty for manufacturing defects for all purchases made on our online store. This warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, excessive abuse or misuse. If you believe you have received a defective product, please send us an email with your proof of purchase.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online store purchase, we will gladly accept returns for items that are unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging, for up to 14 days after receiving the product. If the product is damaged on arrival, a full refund or replacement product is offered once the damaged item is returned.
